We are delighted to announce the launch of the Self-Care with Homeopathy – Bio-HomeoStasis Series, a new community initiative designed to introduce gentle, integrative homeopathic support to individuals and families.
Led by Dr Geeta Khubchandani, this series brings trusted clinical guidance directly to our community, helping people understand how homeopathy can become a practical part of everyday self-care.
This series aims to support participants by offering clear explanations of common health concerns and showing how homeopathic approaches can help restore balance. It encourages people to build awareness of their own symptoms, triggers, and patterns, and provides simple, accessible guidance that can complement their ongoing care. Through this initiative, community members gain a space where questions can be asked openly, learning becomes collective, and support is both compassionate and trusted.
For our community, this series represents an important step forward. It opens the door to healing conversations about issues often left unspoken and helps individuals feel less alone in their struggles. By making expert homeopathic knowledge accessible without barriers, the series strengthens the foundation of community well-being, inclusion, and shared learning. It empowers people to take small but meaningful steps toward managing their own health, while fostering a culture of understanding and confidence.
The benefits of this initiative extend across physical, emotional, and daily life experiences. Participants can expect improved awareness of how to manage symptoms, greater confidence in approaching their health challenges, and a deeper sense of balance that integrates both body and mind. With guidance from experienced homeopathic physicians, individuals learn how to apply homeopathic principles safely and thoughtfully, gaining clarity and reassurance along the way.
This series matters because many in our community face health challenges that can feel isolating or difficult to discuss. By creating a supportive and educational space, we shift the focus from silence and uncertainty to knowledge, empowerment, and collective care. It is an opportunity to bring healing into reach for everyone, regardless of background or circumstance.
On Monday, November 24, 2025, Our first session begins with Bladder Incontinence, a condition that many experience quietly and often struggle to manage.
In this opening session, Dr Geeta Khubchandani will explore how integrative homeopathy can support bladder control, reduce discomfort, address emotional impacts, and help individuals regain daily confidence. This marks the beginning of a series that will continue to address the challenges people face most, always with the intention of restoring balance and strengthening our capacity for self-care.

How to Join:
To be part of this series, community members can simply join our regular BridgeRoots and Our Community WhatsApp groups, where all session details, reminders, and links will be shared.
